Metropolis Sourcebook [A-L] A huge disappointment. Lots of descriptions in the style "Your players meet something nasty..." Very little useful stuff, very little cosmology, no sense of awe inspired by the descriptions of the City or the Archons. From all the supplements I have, this is the one that is least useful. Read 'The Book of Walls' and 'Legions of Darkness' instead (http://www.nyboria.de/walls1.htm). |

Re: Just a random bit of trivia. Probably coincidental, but still caught my attention. In the English version, on page 82, top of the second column, there is man by the name of Lloyd Kaufman mentioned. Certainly not a common name. That is also the name of the owner of Troma Studios, one of the last truly independent film production companies. They make really bad horror films. Typically on purpose. Again, it probably coincidental, but was curious if twas intentional. |
