Taroticum Has anybody got time to do some cover scans of this for me? Perhaps even do a scan of the credits inside, just so I can enter the data into the database? Edit: __resolved___ See below for creds. |

Re: I've always felt that Taroticum is wavering a bit too far from what I felt that Kult should be all about. Admittedly, it is a long time since I played the adventure, or even read it. I know a lot of people love the Tarotica deck, but quite frankly I didn't find the adventure too disturbing. The players also felt some lack of motivation and were not overly impressed with this adventure. In the introductory bit for the adventure, the players are also handed pre-generated player characters to use in a small sequence - this alone made two of the players almost want to drop the adventure entirely, and were almost about to leave until I told them that it would only be for a short while. The Way of the Insane was also not too interesting, IMO. It felt a bit like sourcebook-material rather than material that can actually be used in-game. Fortunately, the adventure is set near London which makes it easy to adapt small adventures into this one and make more of a campaign of it all. Also, pretty much anyone knows enough about London to make spur-of-the-moment incidents, which at least my players seem to love. |
